Valuation is necessarily part art and part science.  That said, we strongly emphasize evidence-based determinations whenever possible.  Our values are neutrality and independence.   We follow the motto of the late great  statistician  Dr. W. Edwards Deming ,  "In God we trust, all others bring data."

Our valuation services are supported by empirical data from the national and international capital markets,  private company transactional databases, and banking resources.   For intellectual property valuations,  we draw on alternative investment returns and income patterns observed during prior engagements.

My  apprenticeship  was with a litigation support accounting firm, specializing in matrimonial and shareholder disputes.  I am pleased to say that  we were often engaged under joint stipulation because of the straight-forward valuations of the firm.   A methodical  approach and attention-to-detail  were ingrained in my practice and continue today.
